At Cleansing, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all skincare products remain in their original packaging and are at least 75% full to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original box or any sturdy shipping container, ensuring the caps are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
